Shipping & Return Policy

All orders ship for a flat rate of $8.00 within the continental United States.

We are not able to offer shipping outside of the continental United States at this time.

Orders will ship within three (3) days of order placement. Magic Meadows Alpacas is not liable for any loss or expenses due to shipping delays, incorrect addresses, or theft.

Your satisfaction means everything to us, so please let us know right away if there are any issues with your order. Felted pictures are not returnable. All other items in new condition may be returned within 15 days of purchase for store credit or exchange. Yarn must be in its original condition and unwound (if applicable). The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us through the mail, unless there is an issue with the order. Please call before returning. A store credit or replacement will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).
